All businesses are different but the most common tasks that we look to automate are:
Scheduling calls and meetings
Payment and appointment reminders
Client Email Communication
Sending Proposals, signing client agreements and paying initial deposits
Gathering project information from clients.

The timeline typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks. I’ll work closely with you throughout the process and pre book our milestone meetings to ensure we stay on track. We then have a 30 day support period together.

I am based on the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia.

A couple of months before you would ideally like to start together is best. Due to the 1:1 custom nature of my packages, it is common for lead times to extend out to 8-12 weeks.

Dubsado & Calendly Subscriptions – You’ll need to set up a paid Premium Dubsado subscription and Calendly subscription (if required).
Account Integrations – You’ll be responsible for connecting your email, calendar, payment processor (Stripe), and online meeting accounts to Dubsado. I’ll provide instructions, but this step must be completed by you.
Bookkeeping & Accounting Advice – While I set up invoices and payment plans, I do not provide bookkeeping or accounting guidance. If you have questions about invoicing, reconciling, or tax-related matters, I recommend speaking with your Bookkeeper or Accountant.
