  • It depends on how much support you need. Some clients start with 10 hours a month to test the waters, while others jump straight into 20 or 30 hours for deeper, steady support. We’ll chat about your goals and workload during your discovery call, and I’ll help guide you toward the best fit.

  • Not at all. While Dubsado is one of my specialties, I also support clients with a range of tools and systems — from CRMs to scheduling apps, automation platforms, and project management tools. If it’s part of your business backend, chances are I can help simplify it.

  • I am based on the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia.

  • A couple of months before you would ideally like to start together is best. Due to the 1:1 custom nature of my packages, it is common for lead times to extend out to 4-6 weeks.

  • That’s where my one-off offers come in. You can book a 90-minute Tech Support Session for troubleshooting or advice, or choose a custom Dubsado Form Design project if you want your forms polished, on-brand, and easy for clients to use.
